Nutella mug cake for the microwave without egg

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • 3 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients with 2 tablespoons of chocolate sprinkles and mix with a whisk. Pour the batter into two mugs and microwave for about 1-2 minutes at 600W. Sprinkle the cakes with the remaining sprinkles or powdered sugar, if desired. TIP: This recipe is for 2 mugs! From experience, I know that it will overflow in one mug in the microwave due to the baking powder!
