Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 ml oil (peanut oil)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
I put all the ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake it vigorously. This dressing goes very well with green salad or lollo rosso. I always make double or triple the batch and store the dressing in the screw-top jar in the refrigerator. This way, I always have a dressing ready when I’m in a hurry.
