Pasta with chicken and fresh tomatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g whole wheat pasta
  • 150 g chicken
  • ¼ onion(s)
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • ½ ball of mozzarella, diced
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook whole-wheat pasta according to the instructions. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the diced/striped chicken. After frying briefly (over medium heat), add the diced onion. Once the chicken is cooked through, add oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. Continue frying until the desired browning is achieved. Turn off the heat and stir in the diced tomatoes. Transfer the pasta and chicken to a plate and sprinkle with mozzarella cubes.
