An appetizer

Heat oil in a pan and fry the dumplings until brown. Remove the pan from the heat and degrease the dumplings on kitchen paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into the unbrowned side of each dumpling. Cut two small strips of cheese, place them on top of each other, and push them into this opening. Halve each slice of bacon widthwise and wrap a dumpling in each half. The cheese pocket should be on top after wrapping, and the bacon ends should be at the bottom. Line a baking rack with baking paper and arrange the dumplings on it. Bake in the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes; baking time may vary. Arrange the appetizer on plates or a platter, garnish, and serve.
