One Pot Pasta "Broccoli and Ham"

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g pasta, approx. 5 – 7 minutes cooking time
  • 150 g raw ham, diced
  • 700 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • some black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • e.g. Parmesan
  • e.g. tomato(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. Add all the ingredients, except the cream cheese, Parmesan, and tomato, to a large enough pot. It’s best to use pasta that cooks for about 5-7 minutes, so the pasta is fully cooked once the liquid has evaporated. This will take 10 minutes at low heat, stirring occasionally. Before serving, fold in the cream cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired, and serve with a sliced ​​tomato.
