Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g goat cheese (goat cheese roll)
  • 100 g bacon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and tasty

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius (450 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut the roll into pieces and wrap them in bacon. Fry in a pan with oil until golden brown on all sides, then brush with honey. Place in the oven and let it caramelize for 2 minutes.
