Goat cheese wrapped in bacon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of goat cheese
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 rosemary sprig(s)
  • some honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the goat cheese into 8 equal slices. Sprinkle the slices with a little honey and finely chopped rosemary. Wrap the slices in bacon and fry briefly in a pan over medium heat until the bacon is crispy and the cheese melts slightly. Arrange the goat cheese on a plate with salad and bread.
