Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 750 g spirals
  • 2 zucchini, chopped
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 800 g diced ham
  • 3 eggs
  • Herbs de Provence or similar spices
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Sauté the zucchini and onions in the pan until translucent. Add the ham. Add the pasta. Fold in the eggs. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and spices.
