Glazed Carrot Trilogy à la Didi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 carrots, yellow (approx. 140 g)
  • 2 carrots, orange (approx. 160 g)
  • 2 carrots, purple (approx. 100g)
  • 60 g butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

as a side dish

Wash and peel the carrots. Boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain. Melt the butter and fry the carrots in it. Add the sugar and glaze the carrots for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve as a side dish.
