Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 oysters
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, sweet
- 3 dashes of Tabasco Chipotle
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chili sauce (chipotle sauce) from the can
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Mix all the ingredients for the oyster sauce. Place the oysters in the closed shells, rounded side down, in the oven. After a short time, they will open. Remove the lid from the oysters and pour in the sauce. Replace the lid and cook in the hot oven for another 10 minutes.
