Mushroom pan with bacon cubes and rosemary

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g bacon, diced
  • 1 small onion(s), chopped
  • 350 g mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ bunch rosemary
  • wine, white
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • butter
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the mushrooms. Fry the bacon cubes in a little butter, add the mushrooms, and season. Deglaze with a little white wine. Finely chop the rosemary and add it. Add the milk and cream, season with soy sauce, and adjust the seasoning if desired. Serve with bread.
