  • 330 g gooseberries
  • 330 g raspberries
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 packet of gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

Peel the fruit and mash it lightly with a potato masher. Add the lemon juice and preserving sugar and cook the jam according to the package instructions. Pour the jam into prepared jars. Screw the lids on the jars and let the jam cool upside down.
