Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 chicory
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 pieces of bratwurst, small, fresh
  • 500 g pasta
  • some ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the bell peppers, chicory, leeks, and carrots. Sauté everything in a pan until tender. Cook the pasta. Before the end of the cooking time, roll the sausage into small balls and add them to the vegetables. Let them cook. Serve the vegetable pan and pasta separately, garnished with ketchup.
