After Eight pudding with yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 700 ml milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 tea bags (peppermint tea)
  • 2 packs of pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 200 g yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chocolate pudding with peppermint flavor

First, brew peppermint tea with 200 ml of water and three tea bags and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then, make a pudding with the milk, tea, sugar, and pudding mix. After a few minutes, stir in the yogurt.
