Nut-chocolate shake cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 150 g nuts, ground
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100 g chocolate (dark or noisette chocolate), grated, or chocolate sprinkles
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) coffee, cold
  • 180 g butter, melted
  • possibly chocolate glaze, alternatively powdered sugar or rum glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Super-fast cake, no mixer required, with muffin option

Combine the flour, sugar, nuts, baking powder, cinnamon, and chocolate in a large mixing bowl and mix with a spoon. Pour the melted butter into another bowl. Add the cold coffee, followed by the whole eggs, and whisk to combine. Combine the coffee, butter, and egg mixture with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan or divide it among 12-20 muffin tins (depending on size). Bake for 60 minutes (bundt cake) or 25-30 minutes (muffins) at 180°C. Once cooled, the cake can be covered with chocolate glaze, powdered sugar, or rum glaze.
