Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 tbsp paprika powder, mild
  • 4 tbsp salt
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp mustard powder
  • 4 tbsp chili powder
  • 4 tbsp cumin, ground
  • 2 tbsp black pepper, ground
  • 4 tbsp garlic granules
  • 2 tbsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Dry marinade for steaks etc.

Mix everything well and store in an airtight container. It can be used as a dry rub (preferably rubbed in two days in advance) or sprinkled on top.
