Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 200 g basmati rice
- 700 ml vegetable stock
- 1 gr. can/n vegetables (Bonduelle Florida Mix with peas and corn), 425 ml
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Paprika powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the ground meat in hot oil. Finely dice the onion and add it. Stir in the tomato paste. Add the rice and sauté until translucent. Deglaze with the broth, bring to a boil, and simmer covered until the rice is tender. Stir occasionally. Stir the pea and corn mixture into the rice and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and a pinch of sugar.
