Amaranth-Cranberry Muesli

Ingredients for 14 servings:

  • 100 g amaranth
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed, crushed
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 250 g cereal flakes (four-grain flakes)
  • 125 g cranberries, dried
  • 40 g cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 120°C (top/bottom heat, fan oven: 100°C, gas mark 1). Mix all ingredients and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes. Serving suggestion: For each serving, combine 2-3 tablespoons of muesli mix with 3 tablespoons of yogurt and 60 ml of milk. Add sliced ​​organic strawberries and organic banana.
