Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork strips
- 80 g bacon cubes, streaky
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g chili sauce
- 350 g peach(s)
- 2 tbsp cream
- salt and pepper
- some fat for frying

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Pork strips with peaches
Brown the meat in hot fat and braise until tender, season, and place in an ovenproof dish. Brown the streaky bacon in the pan juices and pour over the meat. Sprinkle with the chopped peaches. Mix the cream cheese with the chili sauce and cream and pour into the dish. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 35-45 minutes.
