Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g tagliatelle
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 250 g salmon fillet(s)
- 120 g cooking cream
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Prepare the salmon in the oven or air fryer according to the package instructions. Recommendation: the salmon will be super crispy and stay moist in the air fryer! At the same time, cook the pasta in salted water. Finely dice the onion and garlic and fry in a pan with plenty of olive oil. When the onions are translucent, deglaze with the cooking cream and add the stock. Then add 4 tablespoons of the pasta water to the sauce. Simmer until the sauce is creamy. Now add the pasta and season with salt and pepper. Don’t skimp on the pepper! Remove the salmon from the air fryer, tear half into small strips and add to the sauce, then scatter the other half over the top.
