Vegetarian tortilla wraps

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 tortillas, wraps
  • 1 smoked tofu
  • 1 head of lettuce, e.g. B. Lollo Bionda
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 6 tsp, heaped Ajvar
  • Sauce, (cocktail)
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the tofu and tomatoes. Meanwhile, heat a large pan with a splash of oil. Then fry the tofu slices. Separate the lettuce leaves from the head and rinse them. Heat the wraps in the microwave for about 40 seconds each, then rub them with a heaped teaspoon of ajvar. Then top with the lettuce, tomatoes, and tofu. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste and add a little cocktail sauce, if desired. Finally, tightly roll up the wraps.
