Fruity curry marinade for poultry

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ orange(s), juice
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • ½ tsp curry
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

ideal for grilling

Whisk together the oil, orange juice, crème fraîche, curry powder, and honey. Season with salt and pepper. The quantities can be adjusted to your taste. Dice the meat, place it in a small bowl, add the marinade, and mix well (preferably with your hands). You can also put everything in a freezer bag, seal it, and mix well. The meat should rest in the marinade in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cooking. The longer it sits in the marinade, the more flavor the meat will absorb, and the more tender it will become. This amount is enough for about 500g of meat.
