Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg turkey or chicken, cut into minute steaks
- 4 onions
- ketchup
- Mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 bottle of beer
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 1 hour
Season the steaks generously on both sides with salt and pepper and spread them thickly with ketchup and mustard. Slice the onions into rings. Place a layer of onions on the bottom of a sealable bowl, then a layer of meat. Then alternate the onions and meat in the bowl. When all the onions are used up, pour a bottle of beer over them and cover the bowl. It’s best to refrigerate the meat for 24-48 hours before grilling. The onions also taste great grilled.
