Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g spelt flour
  • 5 g cinnamon powder or amount according to taste
  • 20 g brown cane sugar
  • n. B. mineral water
  • 5 g oat flakes for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the spelt flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix. Occasionally add a splash of mineral water until the mixture forms a firm dough. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Knead the dough and roll into 15 small balls, then flatten the balls on a baking sheet. Decorate the cookies with the oat flakes. Bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes. For 15 cookies, one cookie has 35 calories.
