Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g oat flakes
  • 35 g flour
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 10 g chocolate, melted
  • 25 g natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Combine the oats, banana, and flour in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Melt the chocolate slightly in the microwave or on the stovetop and mix in. Add the natural yogurt and water, if needed, and mix again until a grainy, sticky batter forms. Fill 3 muffin cups with the batter and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C fan/convection oven. This amount of ingredients is sufficient for 3 delicious, creamy muffins. Each muffin has 280 kcal.
