Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ orange(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey, liquid
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- pepper

Using leftovers for poultry marinade
Halve the orange, squeeze the juice, and reserve the juice. Then add the crushed garlic, orange juice, soy sauce, and honey to the tomato ketchup and season with pepper. Pour the mixture over the meat and let it sit for about an hour. It tastes great, and you’ll almost always have the ingredients on hand.
