Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 salmon fillets, frozen
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 pack of feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
No additional seasonings are necessary. Preheat oven to 160°C fan-assisted oven or 175°C conventional oven. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche and feta cubes well with a fork, mashing the feta cheese well. This should form a fairly firm mixture. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Pour the feta and crème fraîche mixture over and around the salmon fillets to ensure they are completely coated. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Serve with rice or pasta and salad.
