Ingredients for 4 servings:

- egg(s)
- 250 g smoked belly
- 250 g ham, cooked
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 cups of cream
- breadcrumbs
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 20 minutes
Cut the loin into small medallions, season with salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs. Bake in a pan and let cool. Brown the finely chopped belly and onions in the remaining pan juices, then add the diced ham after a few minutes. Layer the medallions alternately with the remaining ingredients in a baking dish and pour over 4 cups of cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 160°C for about 45 minutes.
