Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp sage, finely chopped
- 1 tsp thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemongrass, finely chopped
- 2 tsp water
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for poultry or pork
Mix all the herbs with a little water and oil, add the garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Rub the mixture into the meat and marinate for a few hours or overnight.
