Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp sweet mustard
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for pork or poultry

Mix all ingredients together and marinate the meat for a few hours or overnight.
