Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 Cabanossi
  • 300 g bacon
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 200 g lentils with soup greens from the can
  • 200 g beans, white with soup greens from the can
  • 1 liter broth, instant
  • 1 tsp savory
  • salt and pepper
  • some lard

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Chop all vegetables and meat into small pieces. First, fry the onion and bacon with the lard to develop a roasted flavor. Then deglaze with the broth and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer the stew over medium heat for about 1/2 – 3/4 hour.
