Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 Cabanossi
- 300 g bacon
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 200 g lentils with soup greens from the can
- 200 g beans, white with soup greens from the can
- 1 liter broth, instant
- 1 tsp savory
- salt and pepper
- some lard
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Chop all vegetables and meat into small pieces. First, fry the onion and bacon with the lard to develop a roasted flavor. Then deglaze with the broth and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer the stew over medium heat for about 1/2 – 3/4 hour.
