Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tuna steaks
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard, grainy
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)

Low-Fat
Place the tuna steaks in a shallow dish. Combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar, and oil in a small bowl. Pour the marinade over the tuna and gently toss the steaks. Cover the steaks and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and no more than 2 hours. Then grill the fish for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently. Brush the fish with the marinade regularly.
