Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 chicken legs (drumsticks)
- 4 tbsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey, liquid
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- some green salad for garnishing

Score the chicken thighs 2-3 times with a knife. Place the thighs in a flat dish. Mix together the vinegar, tomato paste, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic clove, and Worcestershire sauce, season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, and pour over the meat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then place under the preheated grill (180°C) for 20 minutes, brushing several times with the marinade. The thighs are done when they are browned on all sides and juices run clear when pierced with a skewer. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
