Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g minced meat
- 4 large onions
- 1 can mushrooms, whole heads
- 1 can of vegetables, Mexican mix
- 5 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 1 cup of sweet cream

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine the minced meat with the finely chopped onions, quartered mushrooms, vegetable mixture, breadcrumbs, and eggs. Season generously with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes. Shortly before the end of the baking time, combine the paprika sauce and cream and heat through. Serve both together. If you need a lot of sauce, you may need to double the sauce ingredients.
