One-pot pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g spiral noodles
  • ½ liter broth
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • ½ pack of feta cheese
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the pasta in a pot and pour over the broth. The broth should just cover the pasta. Dice the shallot and feta. Halve the tomatoes. Add all ingredients to the pasta and cook until tender. Stir occasionally and season with salt and pepper to taste.
