Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 head of white cabbage
  • ¾ cup(s) oil
  • 1 cup(s) vinegar
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Finely grate the white cabbage. Bring the ingredients for the broth to a boil. Then pour over the grated cabbage and let it steep for at least 1 day. Stir occasionally.
