Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g beans, thick (elephant beans)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp parsley
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp vinegar

Soak the beans in water overnight. Drain the beans thoroughly and bring to a boil in a pot, covering them with plenty of cold, salted water. Simmer gently until the beans are tender. Drain and let cool. Finely chop the garlic and parsley and add to the beans. Add the oil and vinegar, mix well, and season with salt and pepper. Done!
