Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tsp mustard (medium hot)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Pepper (black, freshly ground)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion. Place it in a dressing shaker (or small bowl). Pour in enough olive oil to almost cover the onion pieces. Add a dash of balsamic vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of water. Mix or shake well.
