- 500 g fir branch(es) – tips, young light green
- Water
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 30 minutes
Homemade honey
Cover the pine tips with water (tips covered by a finger’s width) and boil for 1 hour. Cover and let stand overnight. Then strain and add 1 kg of sugar to 1 liter of liquid. Bring back to a boil and simmer gently for 3/4 to 1 hour. Let stand overnight, then bring back to a boil and pour into jars.
