Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ tbsp protein powder, can be omitted
- n. B. Sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
Pour the water and milk into a saucepan and heat. When it’s steaming, add the oats and protein powder. Stir constantly! Then add the sweetener, preferably liquid, and stir a little more. The longer you cook the mixture, the thicker it will become.
