Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml hazelnut milk (hazelnut drink)
  • 3 sheets of gelatin or the equivalent amount of vegetable gelling agent, e.g., agar-agar
  • 1 tbsp sugar or coconut blossom sugar
  • some vanilla pulp or vanilla extract

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

Heat the hazelnut milk with sugar and vanilla and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, soften the gelatin in cold water. Then heat it in a double boiler or microwave. Add 1 tablespoon of the sweetened nut milk, stir, and then stir it into the remaining milk. For agar agar, follow the manufacturer’s instructions on the package. Pour into cups or molds and let set. After 4-6 hours, loosen and turn out. This goes well with fruit puree, for example.
