Party Lumps – Meatballs with Mushrooms

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
  • Vegetable cream for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Chop the mushrooms in a food processor until small pieces are still visible (do not use a hand blender). Then finely chop the onion and garlic. Then thoroughly knead the minced meat with the mushrooms, onion, garlic, and egg until a smooth mixture forms. Season with salt and pepper. Scoop out dumplings with a small spoon and immediately place them in a hot pan with vegetable cream. Brown on both sides.
