Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large head of pointed cabbage
- 2 ml soy sauce
- 10 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Halve the pointed cabbage, remove the stalk, and cut into approximately 1cm thick slices. Sauté these in butter over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Then add the soy sauce, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 6 minutes.
