  • 400 g broccoli

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 chili peppers, dried

  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

To prepare, divide the broccoli into small florets. Cut the bacon into matchstick-thin sticks. I always use the pre-diced ham. Thinly slice the garlic and crumble the chili peppers. Now cook the broccoli in boiling salted water until almost tender and drain. Heat olive oil in a deep pan or saucepan. Sauté the bacon and garlic. Add the broccoli and chili peppers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the orecchiette in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, and stir into the broccoli. Add the Parmesan cheese and serve. Enjoy!
