Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 bulbs of garlic
  • Acacia honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

lasts a very long time without losing taste

Chop the garlic bulbs. Place the individual cloves in a larger jar and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for about 1.5-2 minutes until the cloves are peeled. Grate the garlic cloves in a food processor using the coarser attachment. Transfer to smaller jars and stir in the acacia honey. Tip: Use only acacia honey, as it doesn’t crystallize. If kept refrigerated, it will keep for a very long time, as the honey has antibacterial properties.
