Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g chicken
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
- 1 tsp oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Maggi Hot
- 1 clove(s) garlic

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 hours; Total time approx. 11 hours 10 minutes
Cut the meat into thin strips, stir in the remaining ingredients, and marinate the meat for a few hours. The intensity of the flavor depends on how long the meat is marinated. I let it marinate for four hours. Then dry it in the dehydrator. My meat was done after seven hours. However, this depends on how thinly the meat is sliced and the power of the dehydrator.
