Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
For the dough, combine the flour, olive oil, yeast, water, salt, and beer and knead well. Let it rise (covered) for at least 30 minutes. For the sauce, combine the passata, Italian herbs, garlic, oregano, and hot chili sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Shape the dough into 4 pizzas, spread with the sauce, and then spread about 1/3 of the mozzarella on top. Then spread the salami and ham on top. Then the onions, garlic, and spring onions. Next, add the bell peppers and chili peppers, then the bacon and the remaining mozzarella. You don’t have to use all of the topping ingredients. Some are optional. Often, less is more. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, until the pizza is lightly browned, and season with salt and pepper.
