Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 point yeast (dry baker’s yeast)
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 ml water
- 50 ml olive oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- 400g mozzarella
- 200 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1 tbsp spice(s), Italian
- 1 pack of leaf spinach, frozen
- 1 pack of broccoli
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Prepare the yeast dough with water, oil, salt, flour, sugar, and yeast. I put all the ingredients in the bread maker, and the dough is ready in 1.5 hours. Then roll it out on a baking sheet. Mix the tomato paste with the spices and spread it on the dough. Then spread the broccoli and spinach on top, along with the sliced mozzarella. Finally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the entire pizza. Place the topped pizza in the oven preheated to 250 degrees Celsius, and after about 20 minutes, the pizza is ready. Enjoy!
