Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 point yeast (dry baker’s yeast)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 ml water
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 400g mozzarella
  • 200 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp spice(s), Italian
  • 1 pack of leaf spinach, frozen
  • 1 pack of broccoli

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Prepare the yeast dough with water, oil, salt, flour, sugar, and yeast. I put all the ingredients in the bread maker, and the dough is ready in 1.5 hours. Then roll it out on a baking sheet. Mix the tomato paste with the spices and spread it on the dough. Then spread the broccoli and spinach on top, along with the sliced ​​mozzarella. Finally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the entire pizza. Place the topped pizza in the oven preheated to 250 degrees Celsius, and after about 20 minutes, the pizza is ready. Enjoy!
