Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 150 g flour, double-handled
- 1 pack of yeast
- some salt
- 300 ml water, lukewarm
- some oil
- 200 g sour cream
- some garlic, crushed
- some pepper
- 1 can tuna, drained, shredded
- 200 g ham
- 200 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Knead the flour, double-purpose flour, yeast, water, oil, and spices into a dough and let it rise. Combine the sour cream with the sour cream and crushed garlic, season with pepper, and set aside. Roll out the risen dough, place it on a prepared baking sheet, and spread with the sour cream mixture. Finally, top with the ingredients and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C – 220°C (top/bottom heat) until the cheese is golden brown.
